On August 20, 2009, the City released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design-Build-Operate-Finance (DBOF) services for the construction of a new water reclamation facility. Pre-Qualification documents must be received prior to 2:00 PM on October 15, 2009. More detail is available in the RFQ below.
