NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Ione will hold a public hearing to give the public the opportunity to comment on the following project:
Accinelli Variance: The applicant is requesting a variance from the required setbacks and parking to construct a new, two-story, family home in the C-1 Zone, 308 S. Ione Street.  APN 004-244-001.  This project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under CEQA Guidelines Section 15302-Class 2: Replacement or Reconstruction and Section 15303-Class 3: New construction or Conversion of Small Structures.  For more information, contract: Christopher Jordan, City Planner, 209-274-2412, ext. 104.  The hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. before the Planning Commission at City Hall, 1 E.
